Andre is strategic advisor for digital & cultural transformation.
He lives and breathes connecting people and technology. Andre coaches leaders and leadership teams, supports companies to transform their products, their business and the culture. In parallel he has invested in several start-ups and sits on a number of advisory boards. In addition to his engagement with Atlantic Ventures clients, Andre is the founder of digital.fwd (www.digital-fwd.com).
Previously, Andre worked for Microsoft as member of the executive board, transforming solution sales, partner sales and culture at Microsoft in Germany, becoming the fastest growing country at Microsoft and he has been recognized as the leader of the year worldwide. Before joining Microsoft Andre worked for more than 20 years at several IT companies in leadership positions, including NTT, Fujitsu and Siemens.
Andre lives nearby Munich in Germany, is a father of twins and married for more than twenty years to his wife Sabine. He is a family man, loves sports, music, good food and good wine.
